There is no charge (shipping fee, consumption tax, handling fee, etc. are all included) other than the purchase price of the work.
Returns/Refunds
Purchased works are not subject to the cooling-off system specified by the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
Please note that due to the characteristics of the works, cancellations and refunds are not accepted after completing your order placement and the shipping process is started.
How you receive your purchased work and the shipping method
It will be sent to the shipping address specified by a purchaser in time of purchasing the work. In principle, purchased works will be sent by EMS.(international speed mail).
Delivery time
It will be shipped within two weeks from the day the order placement and the payment are made. However, because each frame attached is made by hand, the shipment may be delayed. If the shipment cannot be made within two weeks, we will inform you in advance by e-mail.
